THE DISTRICT AT TUSTIN LEGACY is a 1m + square foot Lifestyle and Entertainment center located in Tustin California. A principal water feature incorporating large freestanding letters establishes the primary gateway to the property. Secondary vehicular monument signs in 3form mark the ingress, east/west. Along the perimeter edge and leading up to the east west entries in 4x repetition are pylon signs denoting the major tenants. A large vertical blade sign identifies the pedestrian corridor into the lifestyle/Entertainment center where narrow streets are shaded with tensioned sail canopies and accent lighting. Shop and restaurant storefront designs are eclectic and provide an ever-changing backdrop to the fun and whimsical tenant sign identities throughout. Lighting of the principal sign elements are in sync to change color (led) during key intervals at night. A large LED screen serves as the backdrop to a live performance stage hosting nightly events. A second LED screen is positioned at the opposite end of the center adjacent to the AMC Theatre entry. Throughout the property are numerous large graphic panels to add visual interest and reinforce the retail brands. 3form Varia was used predominately as the building material for most of the signtypes.
